Join us at the Regional Science Center adjacent to Buffalo River State Park for an evening of stargazing. This event is part of the Minnesota Statewide Star Party.
The Minnesota Statewide Star Party is a group of public astronomy events hosted by different groups across the state to help celebrate the 50th anniversary of the first Apollo moon landing. It is also part of a program getting ready to view the rare Transit of Mercury occurring on Monday, November 11. The next transit that is visible from the United States doesn't occur until 2049, so don't miss this opportunity.
The Minnesota Statewide Star Party is coordinated by the Bell Museum. You can read more about the event here: https://www.bellmuseum.umn.edu/statewide-starparty/
